About FinSwan
Finswan, started by an ex-banker provides professional financial planning, investment advisory and wealth management services to individuals and families. We are based out of the beautiful city of Siliguri on the foothills of Himalayas. We proudly serve clients across India, including major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and North Bengal region etc.

Co-Founder
Picasso comes with deep knowledge and experience in Financial planning and Wealth management. He is an MBA (Finance) from one of the leading Business schools in India. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Retirement Planner (CRP). He worked for some of the leading names such as ICICI, Karvy and Punjab National Bank for more than 13 years before joining FinSwan in 2023.

Co-Founder
Debjani, an MA (History) and M.Ed, comes with an experience of more than 10 years in Academics. She has been leading the operations of FinSwan for more than 5 years.

Manager - Customer Service
Additya graduated with a BBA degree specializing in Accounting, Taxation, and Auditing. He has a knack for writing, and with 1.5 years of experience as a content writer and a passion for finance, he ensures complex financial topics are easy to grasp. At FinSwan, Additya serves as the Manager – Customer Service while also managing the company’s social media, crafting engaging content that simplifies finance for clients and followers alike.

With an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of North Bengal and a background in Accountancy Honours, Phalguni brings a strong foundation in finance and business strategy. Having worked as an Intern in a CA firm, she gained hands-on experience in various Finance functions. With expertise in financial operations and a keen interest in arts & crafts, Phalguni blends analytical skills with innovative problems solving approach. At FinSwan, Phalguni is overseeing the Research Desk and in charge of our Loans Consultancy vertical.

Asst. Manager - Operations
Dipika holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy, brings strong knowledge in accounting, taxation, costing, and auditing. As the Assistant Manager – Operations at FinSwan, she helps to ensure smooth and accurate day-to-day processes. A quick learner with keen attention to detail and a passion for finance and banking, she ensures to deliver reliable service to our clients.
